I tried and tried to find a source for 10 mil Mylar white plastic sheets, to no avail, ended up buying the Herco white tap plates (golpeadores) to replace the lost/removed ones on a flamenco guitar we built in 1973. They are nothing like they used to be! The factory edges are rough and uneven, unfortunately I didn't realize the edges were that bad until I attached them to the top (the peel off covering over the back disguised the bad edge). I hope our customer is not too picky. I haven't looked at the label but suspect these pick guards are no longer made in USA (i.e. they're trash).
